Updated 12 September 2026 · price from a third party listing
PERi-Honey sits 10th of 16 on price in Nando's Dips & Extras section, at £1.25 and 132 kcal. Updated 12 September 2026.
Once you’ve tried it, you’ll want it on everything. It’s the bee’s knees.
The £1.25 figure came from a third party listing rather than from Nando's, which means it may reflect a delivery menu. Delivery prices sit above in restaurant prices before any fee is added, so treat this as the ceiling rather than the till price.

% RI is our calculation against the UK reference intake for an average adult: 2,000 kcal, 70g fat, 20g saturates, 260g carbohydrate, 90g sugars, 50g protein and 6g salt. Nando's publishes the amounts, not these percentages.
Everything You Need to Know About Nando's PERi-Honey
How to order PERi-Honey at Nando's
Counter, kiosk and app all carry it. The Nando's app adds collection and delivery. It is filed under Dips & Extras. Availability is set per branch, so a smaller site may not carry it at all.
Nando's PERi-Honey price in 2026
The Nando's PERi-Honey price in 2026 is £1.25 on the figures we hold. The figure came from a third party listing rather than from Nando's, so read it as a ceiling. Within the Dips & Extras section that puts it 10th of 16 on price. Expect more at airport, motorway and station branches than on a high street, and more again through a delivery app.
What 132 kcal means here
132 kcal is a little below the Dips & Extras average. On its own it is a small addition to a day rather than a meal. The 2,000 kcal figure printed on UK menus is a reference intake for an average adult, not a target, and it is the number these percentages are worked against.
Diet marking
Nando's marks this as low_lactose and vegetarian. That is the chain's own classification of the recipe rather than a statement about how it is cooked, and vegan marking in particular sits alongside shared equipment at most of these brands.
More protein for similar money
Toasted Pitta costs about the same at £1.00 and carries 7.1g of protein against this item's 0g. If the point of the order is to be full for longer, that is the better buy of the two.
Finding it near you
We list 488 Nando's branches across 4 of the four UK nations, with the London W postcode area holding the most at 17. Menus vary by site, so a listing here is national rather than a promise about your nearest one. The Nando's app confirms it in seconds.
Pro Tips for Ordering PERi-Honey
How much of it you actually use
A dip or sauce figure covers one pot as served. Two pots is double, and this is the part of an order people forget when they add up a meal. It is also the easiest thing to halve without noticing.
Where it sits on price
9 items cost less than this one in the Dips & Extras section and 6 cost more, out of 16 we hold a price for. The closest thing to it on price is Cheddar Cheese at £1.00, so those two are the real comparison when you are deciding.
Sugar in plain terms
33.3g of sugar works out at roughly 8 teaspoons. The adult reference intake is 90g a day and the NHS free sugars guideline is tighter at 30g, so one of these covers a real portion of either figure.
