Accessibility Policy

This site should be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, a magnifier, or none of those. What follows is what has actually been done, and what has not.

What is in place

• Every page has exactly one H1, and headings descend in order without skipping a level, so a screen reader's outline matches what you see.
• Price and nutrition data is in real HTML tables with proper header cells, not in layout divs.
• The FAQ accordions are native <details> elements, so they work with the keyboard and without JavaScript.
• Text inputs are 16px on small screens, which stops iOS zooming the page when you focus one.
• Headings and body text scale down on narrow screens rather than overflowing, and no page scrolls sideways. Wide tables scroll inside their own container.
• Animation respects prefers-reduced-motion: transitions stop if your system asks for that.
• Icons that carry meaning have accessible labels; icons that are decoration are hidden from assistive technology.
• The near-me feature works without JavaScript, and the full branch list is always present as plain HTML.

What is not done yet

• A full audit against WCAG 2.2 AA by a third party has not been carried out. We have not claimed conformance and will not until one has.
• Photographs are still to come, and each will need meaningful alt text when it lands.
