Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to keep. This page lists the ones that can be set through UK Menu Prices, and by whom. It is short because we set none ourselves.

Cookies we set

None. There is no login, no basket and no preference panel, so there is nothing for a first-party cookie to remember. The newsletter form sets no cookie either: the form sends your details once and the page forgets them. The near-me pages use your browser's location permission for a moment and store nothing.

Cookies third parties may set

• Google Analytics 4 sets analytics cookies (_ga and related) that tell us a page was visited. Only loaded when analytics has been configured for this site.
• Google AdSense sets advertising cookies used to select and measure ads. Only loaded when advertising has been configured, and governed by Google's own policies.

Consent

UK law (PECR) requires your consent before analytics or advertising cookies are set. A consent banner is on the build list ahead of those tags going live, and this page will describe it once it is. We are not going to claim a banner that is not yet running.

Controlling cookies

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings, and Google's ad settings let you opt out of personalised advertising directly. Blocked cookies affect nothing on this site, because nothing here depends on one.
