SOURCED PRICES
UPDATED 2026

Burger King menu prices in the UK run from £0.45 to £13.99 for the 58 items we have been able to price, averaging £5.64. Below is every section of the menu, with calories beside each item and the source of each figure stated. Updated 12 September 2026.

One thing to know before the tables: 58 of these prices come from third-party delivery and listing sites rather than from Burger King. Delivery menus are commonly marked up over the in-restaurant price, so those rows are flagged with an asterisk and are best read as a ceiling, not a till price.

Calorie figures are Burger King’s own. Since April 2022, large operators in England must show calories on menus and at the point of choice, which is why a chain this size publishes a full kcal list at all. Where Burger King only publishes per 100g values, the row says per 100g rather than pretending to be a portion.

Healthiest Options (Under 500 kcal)

12 Burger King items come in under 500 kcal on the figures we hold, and the eight lightest are listed here. Tea at 0 kcal is the lightest thing on the menu. These are single items as published; a side or a drink added alongside is counted separately, which is where an under-500 choice becomes a 900 kcal meal.

Highest Protein Options

The six highest-protein items at Burger King, by the raw gram figure. Burger Buddies (9pc) leads at 117.7g. Raw protein favours large items, so the value column alongside is the fairer read when two of these are different sizes.

Burger King Insider Tips for 2026

Check the price at your own branch

Burger King prices are set per site. The figures here are the ones to expect, but a travel-hub branch can be a pound or more dearer on the same item, and the app shows your branch's real price before you pay.

Order in person or for collection, not delivery

Delivery menus carry a markup on top of the fee and service charge. Collection through the Burger King app usually gets you the in-restaurant price on the same order.

Bundles beat singles

Priced item by item, a Burger King order adds up quickly. Garlic Mayo at £0.45 is the entry point, but a set meal is almost always cheaper than the same components bought separately.

Read the calories per item, not per meal

Burger King publishes kcal for the item as listed. A drink, a side and a sauce are three more figures on top, and that is where a meal quietly doubles.

Grilled beats coated for protein per calorie

Across the Burger King menu the highest-protein items for their calories are the grilled and uncoated ones. Burger Buddies (9pc) leads at 117.7g.

Use the app for offers rather than voucher sites

Most current Burger King offers in 2026 are app-only and personalised, so a code copied from elsewhere often will not scan. The app is where the live ones are.

Ask if the allergen matters

Burger King publishes allergens, but kitchens are shared and recipes change. For a severe allergy, ask in the restaurant on the day rather than relying on any published list, including this one.

Burger King vs Other Fast Food Restaurants (2026)

Burger King is one of 3 fast food chains on this site, alongside McDonald's and Taco Bell. The table below puts the same four figures side by side for each: how many items we hold, the average price across the items we could verify, the average calories per portion, and protein per 100 kcal, which is the fairest way to compare a large menu with a small one.

On price, Burger King is 2nd of 3 on average price, at £5.64 per item across the 207 items we track. McDonald's is the cheapest in the group at £3.12 on average. Taco Bell sits at the top at £5.87. Averages hide the shape of a menu, so a chain with a long list of cheap sides and one with a short list of mains will read differently even at the same till spend. The section tables above show where Burger King’s own spread actually sits.

On calories, Burger King has the heaviest menu of the 2 at an average of 387 kcal per portion. McDonald's averages lowest at 303 kcal. A menu average is pulled around by what the chain chooses to list: one that publishes every sauce and every drink reads lighter than one that publishes mains only, so this comparison says more about the menu than about any single order.

Every figure in this comparison comes from the chains' own published data as of 2026, and each brand's guide names the source of every price. None of the chains here pays for placement, and the order of the table is the order of the data.

Burger King Ordering Guide: Best Value in 2026

The best value on the Burger King menu

Value here means protein for the pound, because that is the measure of how far a meal goes rather than how cheap it looks. On the figures we hold, Hamburger at 10p per gram of protein, Kids Hamburger at 10p per gram of protein and Double Cheeseburger at 11p per gram of protein lead the Burger King menu. Hamburger at £1.42 tops the list. A cheaper item with less in it is not better value; it is just cheaper.

The cheapest way through the door

Garlic Mayo at £0.45 is the lowest price we hold at Burger King. It is the entry point, not the recommendation: at that price it is usually a side, a sauce or a small drink rather than something to build a meal around. The next few items above it on price are where an actual meal starts, and the section tables show them in order.

Bundles against singles

The single largest saving on any Burger King order is the same as at every chain: a set meal or bundle priced below the sum of its parts. The catch is that the bundle fixes the parts. If you would not have ordered the drink or the side anyway, the bundle is a way of spending more, not less. Price the items you actually want first, then see if a bundle undercuts that figure, and only then take it.

Ordering for calories, or for protein

Those are two different orders at Burger King. For the lowest figure, Tea at 0 kcal heads the under-500 list, and 12 items sit under that line. For the most protein, Burger Buddies (9pc) carries 117.7g for 2492 kcal. The item that does both jobs is rare, which is why the nutrition guide above lists them separately.

Collection, not delivery

58 of the prices on this page came from delivery listings, and delivery menus at Burger King sit above the counter price before any fee or service charge is added. Collection through the Burger King app gets the counter price on the same order. If the figure you saw was on a delivery app, expect the till to be lower.

Where prices move, and by how much

Burger King sets prices by branch, and the pattern is consistent across the UK: an airport, a motorway service area, a railway station or a city-centre site charges more than a high-street branch for the identical item, often by a pound or more on a meal. The figures in this guide are the ones to expect on a high street in 2026. The Burger King app shows the real figure for the branch you select before you pay, which is the last word.

Frequently Asked Questions About Burger King Menu

What are the cheapest items on the Burger King menu?
Garlic Mayo at £0.45 is the cheapest Burger King item we hold a price for. Prices across the menu run £0.45 to £13.99. The cheapest way to eat at Burger King is usually a set meal or bundle rather than the same items ordered separately.
Are Burger King delivery prices the same as in the restaurant?
Usually not. Burger King items ordered through a delivery app are commonly priced above the in-restaurant figure, before the delivery fee and service charge are added. Where a price in the tables above came from a delivery listing it is marked, so you can tell the two apart.
What can I eat at Burger King under 500 calories?
12 items we list come in under 500 kcal, among them Tea (0 kcal), Bottled Water (0 kcal) and Canowater (0 kcal). Drinks, sides and sauces are counted separately, so a meal adds up faster than the headline figure suggests.
Which Burger King item has the most protein?
Burger Buddies (9pc), at 117.7g of protein for 2492 kcal. We list the top 6 by protein in the nutrition section above.
Does Burger King have a printable menu PDF?
Where Burger King publishes one we link it in the PDF section above rather than rehosting it, so you always open the current file. Where Burger King publishes no PDF, the tables on this page are the complete list we hold.
How often are these Burger King prices checked?
On a rolling schedule through 2026, and the date at the top of this page is the date of the last check, not a publication date left to go stale. If Burger King repriced yesterday, expect a short lag.
Is this an official Burger King page?
No. UK Menu Prices is independent and has no connection to Burger King. We collect what Burger King publishes, say where each figure came from, and link to Burger King’s own site for ordering.

What Burger King Does Not Publish

The gaps in this data, stated

149 of the 207 items carry no price we could verify, 5 carry no calorie figure, 2 are published per 100g rather than per portion and 45 come with no allergen declaration we could read. Those rows say so on the page instead of showing a blank or a guess. A missing price at Burger King is usually because it prices per branch and publishes no national list; a missing calorie figure is usually a limited-time or regional item that never made it into the published nutrition data.

How much of this came from Burger King itself

58 of the 58 prices here, which is 100% of them, came from third-party delivery and listing sites rather than from Burger King. Those rows carry an asterisk in the tables. The distinction matters because a delivery menu is priced above the counter, so an asterisked figure is a ceiling and an unmarked one is what the chain itself published.

Ordering around an allergy at Burger King

Across this menu Burger King declares 13 distinct allergens, and celery, crustaceans, eggs, fish and gluten appear most often. A declaration describes the recipe and not the kitchen: fryers, grills and preparation surfaces are shared at every chain of this size, so an item without a declaration is not a guarantee of absence. For a severe allergy the only reliable step is asking staff in the restaurant on the day, and the item pages carry the per-item list to take with you.

About This Burger King Menu Guide

This guide was built from Burger King’s own published menu data, collected on 12 September 2026. 207 Burger King items are recorded, 58 with a verified price and 202 with a calorie figure. Where a price came from a third-party delivery or listing site rather than Burger King, the row is marked with an asterisk.

We do not average prices across branches into a single invented number, and we do not fill an empty field to make a table look complete: an item with no price we can stand behind shows "varies by branch" instead. UK Menu Prices is independent of Burger King and earns nothing from your order.

One limitation worth stating: 2 rows on this menu are published by Burger King per 100g rather than per portion. Those are labelled per 100g and should not be read as what you will eat.
