Updated 12 September 2026
Non-Gluten Truffle Salami sits 14th of 15 on price in Zizzi’s Non-Gluten Pizzas section, at £18.25 and 1210 kcal. Updated 12 September 2026.
Black truffle salami. Mozzarella. Mushrooms. Crispy prosciutto. Riserva cheese. Truffle & bechamel base.
That price is Zizzi’s own published figure, and it sits close to the average for the Non-Gluten Pizzas section. Branch pricing still moves it: an airport, motorway or station site charges more than a high street one for the same thing.
Allergens Zizzi declares
Zizzi notes: The sage is fried in a shared fryer, which may bring it into contact with gluten (barley, wheat), milk, molluscs, crustaceans and soya.

% RI is our calculation against the UK reference intake for an average adult: 2,000 kcal, 70g fat, 20g saturates, 260g carbohydrate, 90g sugars, 50g protein and 6g salt. Zizzi publishes the amounts, not these percentages.

What 1210 kcal means here
1210 kcal is about level with the Non-Gluten Pizzas average. That is most of a day's energy for a smaller adult in one item, so treat the rest of the order accordingly. The 2,000 kcal figure printed on UK menus is a reference intake for an average adult, not a target, and it is the number these percentages are worked against.
Allergens declared
Zizzi declares 3 of the 14 allergens UK law requires to be listed for this item: eggs, milk and soya. A declaration covers the recipe and not the kitchen, and every one of these chains prepares food in shared fryers and on shared surfaces. For a severe allergy the only reliable check is asking staff on the day.
Where it sits on price
13 items cost less than this one in the Non-Gluten Pizzas section and 1 costs more, out of 15 we hold a price for. The closest thing to it on price is Non-Gluten Venison Pepperoni at £18.45, so those two are the real comparison when you are deciding.
Finding it near you
We list 31 Zizzi branches across 4 of the four UK nations, with the London WC postcode area holding the most at 3. Menus vary by site, so a listing here is national rather than a promise about your nearest one. The Zizzi app confirms it in seconds.
Pro Tips for Ordering Non-Gluten Truffle Salami
Size, base and the number in the table
Pizza figures depend entirely on which size and base the number refers to, and Zizzi publishes them separately for that reason. A thin base of the same pizza reads lower than a stuffed or pan one, and the difference between sizes is larger than any topping choice.
A lighter choice in the same section
Non-Gluten Pepperoni Premio Pizza sits in the same part of the menu at 1104 kcal, which is 106 fewer than this for £16.95. That swap is the single biggest change available inside this section, and it needs no substitution or special request at the counter.
